related emails that are in response to a users online inquiry requesting a free

The PDS website automatically collects tracking data about your visit. This information
may include the pages that you visited on our website, search engine, the keyword you
entered into your search engine and what website you were before visiting our page.
This information may be provided to our trusted marketing partners for tracking visitor

Security:

PDS allows access to your personal information only to those employees who need your
information to service and maintain your account with us. Employee access to
consumer's non-public personal information is necessary to carry out our debt settlement
functions. PDS has standards in place to ensure that client information is safeguarded
and is used solely for the purposes of servicing and maintaining your account.
Electronic: Each employee has a unique username and password that enables him/her
to log into our database. Passwords are required to be changed every 30 days.
Management has the capability of monitoring employee database usage.
Physical Files: All client hard files are housed at our corporate office in Lynnfield,
Massachusetts. These files are locked during non-business hours and only our
management team is issued keys to access such information. Any printed client
information that is not saved is destroyed on-site by Brinks Document Destruction.
